Do you offer off-site catering services?

To maintain quality, we do not offer off-site catering as our Asian banquets menus are prepared on-site by our in-house Barluck team.

How do we arrange for BYO alcohol drop off?

Alcohol can be dropped off Wednesday or Thursday evening. Best parking is on John Street. Upon parking, please see Barluck Seafood Restaurant (opposite Villa Capri) staff for access to Villa Capri.

Do you cater for guests with dietary requirements?

We offer vegetarian, gluten-free and non seafood meals – charged additionally. Guests will be served an entree, soup and a main dish with steam rice.

Do you print out the menu, floor plans and table numbers?

We provide menus, table numbers and stands for all guest tables. We will set it according to the final floor plan. A floor plan will be forwarded to you upon your table confirmation.

Which area is suitable for the photo booth and dessert table?

Best location would be at the back of the venue, along the mirrored walls. This area provides a spacious area for your guests to enjoy.

Do you have easels at the venue we can use?

We have a couple of easels at the venue for you to use.

What time would be the earliest we could arrive for the girls to do touch up make-up and last minute preparations and for the band to set up?

You have access to Villa Capri Reception from 12 midday of the wedding date or during the week of the wedding provided there are no functions prior to the event.

Do you have a bridal room?

We certainly have a bridal suite and lounge area for you and your bridal party to get ready.

Do you offer rebates for cake?

Yes, we may offer $200 for cake rebates if sourced externally.

How do rebates work for wedding bands, singers etc work. Does it just get deducted from the final bill?

Rebate options will be deducted from the final invoice on the event date.

Will dinner be provided for the band/vendors?

We provide complimentary dinner for the band for up to 10 guests. Additional meals for vendors will be charged according to meals ordered on the wedding day.

We have a security officer at our venue.
